At ThriftedThreads, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please note that as a curated marketplace, items must retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ThriftedThreads account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original store tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
